Wanderlust: Downtown, 3rd Floor, Private Suite

Come explore the city and stay in an gorgeous, updated Victorian located in the heart of downtown! This large private suite features a beautiful iron bed, plush European bedding and a stunning private 5 piece bathroom with a luxurious tub. Permit: R-STRP-25-0018 The space This room is located on the third story and offers an extensive amount of space and large attached bath. The loft is completely carpeted and has a large couch, armchair, desk and a small dining table. Like our other rooms, there are live plants and selective décor throughout the bedroom and bathroom. The loft also includes a small meal prep area equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and retro fridge/freezer. We also provide dishes/ silverware/ glassware as well as assorted bagged teas, coffee, filtered water and snacks. There is no sink in the meal prep area so dirty dishes can be placed in the dish tubs and trash can be disposed of in the recycling and landfill receptacles. The private bathroom feels like a spa and features a stand alone tub and waterfall shower as well as skylight windows, double sinks with ample counter space and a separate toilet room. In the entryway of our home, you'll find information about the city including recommendations for fun things to do and great hiking spots in town! Guest access During your stay with us, you will have access to the covered front porch, main entranceway and, of course, your suite with an attached bathroom. You are also welcome to spend time in the front yard— there’s always a picnic blanket available if you’d like to lounge on the lawn. There is on-street, permitted parking on Weber (I’ll give you a permit to use during your time here) and non-permitted parking along the side of our home on Cache La Poudre Street. During your stay My husband, Charles, and I live on the first level of the home and I will be available throughout the day to address any issues that arise, offer recommendations around the city and make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
