Lovely, quiet 3-bedroom (sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably; maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children or any combination but never more than 4 adults at a time) 1930's home in family neighborhood, wood floors, working fireplace, washer/dryer on first floor with lots of original detail throughout. Rental is a duplex two-family house. We live on one side and rent the other by the night (3-night minimum), week or month. The space Our rental is equipped like a home away from home. In addition, we also supply beach chairs, towels, coolers, and a few beach toys for the kids. For those unfortunate rainy days, we have a large supply of family-friendly movies and games. Guest access Quiet, semi-secluded backyard equipped with a gas grill, umbrella table and chairs, lounge chairs, wood for the fire pit. Other things to note Parking is in front of the house with room for two cars and is perfectly safe in our family neighborhood.
