Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and spacious deck for fresh mtn air. 10 min walk to Mirror Lake beach, Toboggan chute, Olympic Skating Oval and Lake Placid Pub & Brewery. ~200ft from the most popular restaurant in Lake Placid - Lisa G's! 13 min drive to Whiteface Mountain 10 min drive to Adirondack Loj road for the best hikes in the high peaks. The space (Dogs are allowed for a $100 refundable deposit but you must ask us first and only small non shedding breeds please) The condo includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The bathroom has a stand-up shower. Living room includes comfy couches and large TV with Roku. Keurig coffee machine in the kitchen. Ask us first if you are going to bring a second car so we can make sure there will be enough space. Usually this is fine. Window AC in each bedroom. The brand new Adirondack rail bike trail is only two blocks away. We do allow small non-shedding dogs but you have to ask us first and be willing to pay a $100 refundable security deposit. Guest access All of it. Other things to note TV: There is a Roku device and you log into your own streaming services. No cable tv. PET POLICY: Non-shedding dogs breeds are allowed with a $100 security deposit. Please ask me first about the dog. Dogs must stay off the furniture to get the security back.
