Young is the place to get-away for the weekend to enjoy hiking, cooler weather, the local rodeos or events, hunting, or just time away with those you love. This home offers lots of room and open air to enjoy your stay. The space 3 acres of space, 3 levels, 3000 sq ft home, quiet, amazing view, great place to get away and relax or enjoy the great outdoors. Guest access Property boundaries include: -fence lining the incoming Cohea Ln on the West -fence lining the driveway coming in on the North -fence beyond shed to the East -fence 100+ feet of the home to the South We do have a part-time caretaker (elderly gentleman) on the northeast end of the property who is there at times, but he's out of sight, won't be in your way or bother you at all even if he's there. Other things to note Our trash/refuse service has NO AUTO CAN LIFTERS, so trash bags will only be removed by the hand of a physical person. Therefore, ALL TRASH must be BAGGED or there will be a $25 fee per outside container charged for any unbagged trash. Also NO LIQUIDS or wood ashes can be in trash bags or cans either. Thank you!
