Guest access The entire property is accessible in a wheelchair Other things to note Guests will be responsible for gas, electricity and water so they have the freedom to use AC and pool heating as they see fit. Guest will cover separately the water, gas, electricity, pool service charges for their stay. An upfront Zelle deposit will be collected for these utilities.
