Located in a very nice neighborhood. Home was built in 1985 and has some upgrades. It's centrally located in Tampa Bay with the beaches within 10 minutes away. Downtown Tampa is only 1/2 hour away Clearwater beach is about 20 minutes away. Historic Tarpon Springs is only five minutes away. It has superfast Internet 100mb up & down and has a barbecue grill out back. I have black out curtains in the master and one bedroom. We have a camera facing the street above the garage. The space You have access to my entire home except garage. I have 1 queen bed (Sealy posturepedic) and 2 twin beds. 2 bathrooms each having shower tubs. Large flat HDTV with cable & Netflix in family room. Flat HDTV using digital antenna, closet space and drawer space available in master bedroom. Dining room table can seat 6-8 with plenty of dishes to accommodate the seating. The kitchen has a table for 4 with a 55 gallon fresh water fish tank, microwave, washer and dryer. The house Is located in a very nice upscale family neighborhood and is very close to the beaches, lake, historic Tarpon Springs, Innisbrook Golf course & resort and so much more. I love it here. People vacation where I live. Leave it how you found it. I live here part of the time. I have my personal belongings here. I put away mostly all of them when I’m gone. You will be sharing the closet space, as I’m not going to put all the cloths in the attic or something like that. I have made plenty of room for your stay in the closets.
