Charming Cottage near Buffalo and Niagara Falls

Fondly known as the "squrt", our darling square-yurt awaits you! Newly built only in 2015 w/ gorgeous & unique ceramic tile floors, a full kitchen & bathroom, & a darling outdoor bistro area. Then, it was lovingly designed with touches of greenery throughout the home to give you a cheerful lift. You will find a peaceful night of rest on scent-free cotton sheets on queen size beds & blackout curtains. The home is conveniently located between Niagara Falls and Buffalo in a charming waterside town. The space This is a home on a large corner lot. The Niagara River water view can be seen right from the front windows and is a 2 min walk away, if that. There is a large semi-circle driveway shared with another unit (completely separate). You can easily fit two cars here. There is no overnight street parking November to April (park in the driveway at nighttime). There is an outdoor 24/7 recorded video and audio surveillance on property directly from the external front door and adjacent property (Unit A's external front door). Please note that the home is semi-open concept and has an approximate 18" fully open space between the bedroom and living room. The bedroom has a fully opaque privacy curtain that functions as a door to the hallway. The bathroom is fully private and separate with a wood door and self-contained from all other areas (just like in most other homes) - you can sit assured there won't be any embarrassing sounds heard lol. The home is 675 square feet total (for reference, a hotel room is about 300 sqft). The bathroom is about 130 square feet. Kitchen is about 170 square feet. Bedroom and living room are about 150 square feet each. Other things to note Please note that the TV is a streaming Roku TV with access to 1,000 free live TV domestic and international channels (Buffalo WGRZ is available) as well as any streaming channels you subscribe to (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc.). This is not cable television. A starter pack of shampoo/conditioner and a small bar of soap is provided for your convenience. Please be sure to bring your own preferred toiletries should you need more than 2 days worth. As part of our commitment to providing a welcoming experience and aesthetic, we occasionally update the home’s interiors with added touches of design and comfort. While furnishings, wall colors, and decorative details may vary slightly from the photos, each element is thoughtfully selected to include organic greens, soft coffee tones, and natural wood accents. To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and sophistication, all bed linens are kept in pristine white. Home is thoroughly first cleaned with a disinfectant solution of bleach and water where possible (commercial grade cleaner elsewhere). Commonly used areas like light switches, handles, door locks, toilets, showers, remotes, etc. are then additionally sanitized with steam and/or disinfectant. Linens are washed with commercial grade detergent with hot water and mechanically dried on high heat. Throw pillows and couch are steamed cleaned after every stay. IDs of all guests are required at time of booking and again at check-in.
