The space The master bedroom has walkout balcony with views of the gulf and is equipped with a King size bed and in the guest room there is a king bed and a walkout balcony with amazing views of the Santa Rosa Sound waterway. This property features a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, beautiful wood floors through out, linens, washer/dryer, outside shower, single car carport, wireless, cable, patio chairs and umbrella. New large sun deck off the dining room with chaise lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sun, patio table and chairs. You are sure to enjoy relaxing on any one of the 3 private balconies while listening to the sound of the crashing waves or enjoying the peaceful night breeze. Navarre Beach will truly be your vacation of choice after staying with us at Pelican's Roost. No sofa sleeper Up to two dogs under 45 lbs allowed with pre owner approval.
