The park is Braemar Park and is equipped with a walking track and playground. It is an upscale neighborhood and very safe. This is my full-time home, and I welcome you to make it you’re own while you’re here but there are some dealbreakers. If you are planning a party or graduation celebration of more than 10 people (including renters), please disclose this to me ahead of time. No more than 20 people please (including renters), and 10pm is the closing time. I love a party, but I need to let the neighbors know in advance! This is a very quiet cul-de-sac. There will be NO drugs or paraphernalia on the premises. ZERO tolerance. Your reservation will be cancelled, you will be removed from the residence and no deposit will be refunded.
