It is so close to San Francisco, SF airport, Monterey, Santa Rosa,and Napa Valley. It is close to Stanford, UCSF, USF, University of California at Berkeley. It is in the Silicon Valley. The smell of eucalyptus, the fresh air from the ocean breeze, the sound of singing birds, the sight of deers, the sight of the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Golden Gate bridge, the mist, the rolling fog, serene walks along the coastline will make one feels so relaxed and spiritual! What a special GETAWAY! The house has two separate units- top 3 floors is the main house with 5 BR . With separate entrance on the street level Bottom 4th floor down is the I BR unit . Entrance is on the 4th floor down.( this is a separate unit from yours Unique benefits:Sleeps 10, 4 queen size beds and 1 queen size SOFA bed -as such, not the most comfortable bed; separate rooms for privacy. Gourmet Kitchen, large jacuzzi, beautiful outdoor, sight of greeneries and the Pacific Ocean. View of the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance from the main deck on a nice day. Seeing the fog roll in makes the place nostalgic and mystical. Rentals on both upper levels( 3 top floors) And lower level ( 4th floor, a i bedroom unit separated by a deadbolt ) they have a separate entrance- to their own kitchen living room and bedroom . Garage is occupied by owner as well No jacuzzi after 10 pm So please keep NOISE to a minimum after 10 PM both indoor and outdoor Guest access Access is through front door and via a lock code entry Owner occupies the garage. Other things to note Parking is limited to 2 cars in the driveway only . Some street parking but very limited. The parking next to the mailbox is owners Tenants on both upper and lower unit with separate entrances . Bottom unit is a one bedroom Jacuzzi and outdoor garden are shared . Take turns on jacuzzi . If you see people occupying it , let them know that you are waiting ! Cycle clean for 10 min after use before you close the lid NOISE to a MINIMUM after 10 PM! No pets or service animals allowed !
