Located in one of the most beautiful neighborhood in Tel Aviv, you can find this lovely apartment in a brand new tower. The atmosphere inside combines the freshness of the sea breeze along with modern appliances. Hayarkon street a minute walk distance from the promenade. Located in the old Yemenite quarter, you can stroll through smaller streets and appreciate the architecture of one of Tel Aviv’s first neighborhoods. The space Featuring two bedrooms, a bright salon and an ample open kitchen with sea view. Last but not least, there is a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy a breakfast or spend a relaxed afternoon drinking coffee or wine while reading a book. The apartment is wonderfully located, a 1 minute walk to the beach and then come back to enjoy this beautiful home. Take a 5 minute walk to the Carmel market and get lost in the narrow streets leading to it, where you can find authentic little restaurants and shops. Other things to note Any guest not entering the country on a B2 or B3 (Tourist) VISA will be subject by law to pay 18% VAT (this includes Israeli and dual citizens) Please note that individuals who do not enter the country on a tourist VISA are required by law to pay a 18% VAT. Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit. No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted. Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit. A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property. If you need to use the sofa bed, you need to inform our team by message in advance, before arrival, during working days, and during working hours, since we need to order them from our laundry company. Please note there is an extra fee of 300nis. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of 450 NIS per stay.
