Cozy cottage located 1 mile walk from downtown Southern Pines, which has lots of restaurants and bars. Very quiet neighborhood! 10 minute drive from Pinehurst. Located conveniently to many golf courses and other area attractions. Pets allowed upon approval. You will have full access to house, with the exception of one room which will be locked. If you are interested in dates that aren't shown as available, message me and I might be able to make additional dates available. The space You will have access/use of the whole house, with 1 of the bedrooms being locked and unavailable. Guest access Kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer, bed room, front and back porch. Other things to note Plenty of parking, with one vehicle being located on property at all times.
