Located 600 meters away from Ermones beach, on the main road that leads to the beach, it's part of a Unique agricultural Villa. Located on the first floor, its a sunny and cozy apartment (60 sq.m), with an big kitchen & living space and a master bedroom with a comfort double bed and wardrobe, WC and a really big balcony and a huge patio equipped with a BBQ , which offers you the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate, surrounded by nature. The space In the living room there are 2 sofa beds and a 42 inches LCD smart t.v. which is connected to the internet. The living room is linked to the kitchen . The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, an oven, a toaster, a kettle and a table, while all kitchenware needed is available. The apartment has also a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Finally, there is a large Patio and a balcony equipped with a table with comfortable chairs, which help our guests to relax and enjoy the nature. Moreover, our guests will be able to enjoy free air-conditioning and wi-fi. Finally, free parking area is available in front of the property. Guest access The apartment is located 600 meters away from Ermones beach, connected to the main road that leads to the beach. In case you come with your own car, there is private parking space right in front of the entrance of the apartment to easily unload your luggage or park. Other things to note The villa remain blocked for disinfection(UVC sterilization) for at east 24h before and after every Check in/ Check out. By default (because of COVID-19) no further cleaning service will be provided from staff during your stay, in order to minimize contact, unless is really necessary or requested by the client. Fresh linen(for every 3-4 nights) will be provided in sealed bags and you will be given all the necessary detergents for house cleaning. Registration Details 2149257
