You’ll have 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a flexible loft for lounging or additional sleeping space (max occupancy 4). The vibe is relaxed and family-friendly, with simple comforts and thoughtful touches throughout. Spend time outside in the garden/backyard, where outdoor seating invites you to unwind after a day on the trails. Fire up the BBQ for casual dinners and finish the evening with a soak in the private hot tub under the stars. Inside, the upstairs loft doubles as a hangout with a TV, board games, and a DVD player. Dogs are welcome, and pet essentials like bowls and a dog bed are provided. Your check-in packet will include 2 parking passes. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking. RVs and street parking are not permitted. No extra parking beyond what is described. • Pets: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs (50 lbs combined) are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. Dog bowls and a dog bed are available for use. • WiFi & Connectivity: WiFi is provided and is typically suitable for students and teleworkers; however, due to Sea Ranch’s remote location, internet speed and reliability—as well as cell service—can be spotty or occasionally unavailable. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
