The space Casa Vacanze Marisa welcomes up to four guests and is located in Toscolano Maderno, just a few meters from the lake. It offers private parking, a small storage area for bicycles, and provides three sunbeds and a table for exclusive use. The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building, originally a mill and converted into residences in the 1970s. In the large garden, perfect for aperitifs or relaxing in the shade of the trees, you can still admire remnants of the mill’s ancient activity. The house features all modern comforts, including air conditioning and heating, to make your stay on the lake pleasant and unforgettable. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and exclusive entry to the large garden via an automatic gate, where the private parking is also clearly marked. The garden is shared with other residents of the complex: out of respect, parties and loud noise are not allowed. Please also keep the area clean, picking up any pet waste and disposing of it in the general trash. Other things to note The property provides a travel cot and high chair for children free of charge; please clean and put them away at the end of your stay. In the garden, you may meet a large dog owned by a resident: very affectionate, he loves company, playing with his tennis ball, or lying next to you for cuddles.
