The spacious open floor plan will be the perfect setting for your family vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the standards plus lots of extras like picnic ware, BBQ, and all kinds of glasses. You will find the best appliances including GE stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee pot, drip coffee maker, Cuisinart blender, and granite countertops. The large dining table will comfortably seat the whole family for your enjoyable meals. The living room area offers a large couch that converts to a queen-size bed, a sofa, and a large lounging/reading chair. You will enjoy the 50 inch TV with cable and a DVD player in the living room. For those who wish to keep in touch or just want to update their Facebook page with the days' events and pictures, the computer area with a remote wireless router will be most convenient. Free WiFi to all who stay! In the main suite, you’ll love the king-size, four-poster bed, the sliding plantation shutters for the sliding glass door that opens to the balcony, and the 26-inch TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin/twin bunk set, a large closet, wood blinds, and a TV with cable, DVD combo VCR for your enjoyment. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo to stay cool. The pool and courtyard area are spectacular. There are many built-in professional-grade outdoor Viking grills, teak tables, and chairs to relax under and enjoy that barbecue creation poolside. The pool and courtyard are lit at night and create a pleasant view from your balcony. Our convenient garage-level storage closet includes enough space to hold all your fav beach essentials. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers. THINGS TO KNOW The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction. There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
