This double storey home comprises an open plan kitchen, meals and family area, 4 generous bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a double stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, and gas cooktop. It also features a split system air conditioner and opens out to the expansive entertaining area that boasts stunning canal views. The master bedroom is spacious with a walk-in robe and an ensuite that includes a corner spa, shower, vanity, and toilet. Bedroom 2 offers water views and a balcony area, while bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two bunk beds - both bedrooms have built-in robes. Upstairs, you'll find a separate lounge room and bar, perfect for enjoying drinks and watching the sunset with family and friends. Additional features include a gated front area, double garage, side access, and an enviable location just a 5-minute drive to the Mandurah Foreshore, Halls Head Shopping Precinct, and easy access to schools, shops, parks, and all other amenities. Guest access You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted. We have a spa bath but is currently undergoing repairs so not available from March to July 2025 until further notice Other things to note • Pet-friendly (by request, fee applies) • Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service • Garage is not available for guest use • Spa bath currently unavailable Check-in We use a simple check-in process similar to a hotel, including ID verification and a refundable security hold prior to arrival. Additional information • The home is set on open water — supervision is recommended for young children • Air-conditioning is provided in key areas of the home; however, during extreme summer temperatures, upper levels may be warmer • Security cameras are positioned at the front of the property for safety • Guests are welcome to bring their own boat — please contact us prior to arrival Cot and high chair available upon request (additional fees may apply). Neighbourhood & respect This is a peaceful residential area. We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, particularly outdoors in the evening. This is a well-maintained coastal home with original character, offering space, comfort and a relaxed holiday feel. It is not a newly renovated or luxury hotel-style property, but provides excellent value in a premium waterfront location. This property operates under a firm cancellation policy. We recommend guests take travel insurance. No refunds are given for incorrect booking details, including wrong guest numbers or undeclared pets. Base pricing includes up to 8 guests. The home can accommodate up to 12 guests, with an additional per person, per night fee applied for larger groups.
