St. Regis Suites, Suite 4

Suite 4 is an efficient 950 sq ft unit that looks out on the yard and stays cool in the summer. It has 2 bedrooms and full bath, living room, and a small dining area. It's on of two dog-friendly suites. The rental is equipped with a chef's kitchen. The space Opened as The Red Mill in 1960, the property had long been a vibrant hospitality business that thrived for over four decades. After being left vacant for eight years, the once iconic property was in need of significant investment, and, in 2012, Cedar Circle LLC purchased the former The St. Regis Restaurant. In keeping with Cedar Circle’s mission of restoring properties of local significance using green building techniques, the building has been thoughtfully redesigned, renovated and renamed the St Regis Suites. The St. Regis Suites features five well-appointed and artfully decorated suites of various sizes that are available for rentals of between three days to three months. Each self-service suite offers all the comforts of home. The St. Regis Suites are conveniently located between Saranac Lake and Paul Smith’s College in Gabriels, NY, making them ideal for those traveling​ for business, visiting friends and family, vacationing, or relocating to the area. Find us on social media: @stregissuites Guest access Guests will have full access to their suite and the common backyard. Guests will have access to the laundry in the basement. To access this space, use the entry door for Suite 5. Upon entering the hallway, use the door on the right. It will provide access to the laundry facilities. Other things to note This Suite is peaceful and quiet. It says wonderfully cool even at the height of summer.
