The Cob House - Farm Stay on acreage

A cozy cob cabin, off grid, double bed, on forty ac permaculture farm. Listen to the ocean and seals, incredible dark night sky. A tree stump shower/ bathroom. Walk to garden for WiFi. Abovethe ocean, off a narrow gravel road. I have a livestock guardian dog who barks a lot at night. Please let me know if I should keep him inside. Well behaved dogs, w bedding welcome,do not leave unattended. $20 fee per dog The space We are a quiet, spacious, off grid hand built forty acre permaculture farm. Growing flowers and fruit . Every other Saturday there will be Bread Days- my sourdough bread and other goodies will be for sale. The Cob House is very private and set off from everything. It has no power, just solar lanterns and romantic fairy lights. A double bed, with down comforter and cotton sheets, cozy for two. One quarter mile above the ocean, easy access to Point Arena and Gualala right off Hwy 1. Please don’t bring water, our well water is excellent. We allow well behaved, attended pets, with a $20 a night fee, possibly extra cleaning fee if more work is created by pet please leash your dogs when in the farm area. A picnic table for your use. Bring an ice chest for your food and cooking gear. No BBQ's -high fire danger. I offer coffee and tea. If you cook your meals there, please leave it clean. Self check in.
