On top of the ocean views from your crow’s nest, you’ll also enjoy a short walk (5-minute/0.2-miles) to the nearest beach access on Balchen St. There are two driveways and a carport beneath each side of the home providing plenty of parking space. A small laundry room downstairs contains a washer and dryer. Before coming inside after a fun day of splashing in the waves, you can easily rinse off in the outdoor shower. Pick up a few burgers at the grocery store and throw them on the charcoal grill for an easy summer cookout! Walk into the spacious great room with comfortable furniture, nautical touches and plenty of natural light shining in through the large windows and sliding deck doors. The living area is situated around a 60” Large Screen TV/DVD making it easy for everyone to gather together for a family movie night. Both beginner and experienced chefs alike will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with beautiful white cabinets, black countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, dual sinks and a wine cooler.
