We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Moëlan-sur-Mer, this charming studio, in 200 m of the beach of Kerfany, of a surface of 22 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 12 m², a kitchen, a bathroom. Wifi. We are waiting for you! The space It is equipped with a living room of 12 m² (about 129 ft²), with a fitted and with a cellar: - A living room of 12 m² with a TV, a sofa bed (double) and storage space. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside : - A private outdoor car park, located below the residence. - The residence also has a petanque ground, pickleball pitch and table tennis tables. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen on request : 20€. - 1 pet accepted in the accommodation, for a supplement of €15.
