Quiet Poolside Cottage for Solitude

New construction 800 sq. ft. Cottage 1.1 miles to downtown Los Gatos. Off-street parking for one car. Cathedral ceilings with skylight (morning sun, nightly stars). Comfortable pillow top King bed. Single bed in same space for extra guest (extra $25 for third guest/night). Kitchenette with basics. Dining table for work spaces. Pool available for guests. Jacuzzi not available. Many quiet places on property to relax. We do not accept third party reservations. Add your guests on reservation. The space Open space with cathedral ceiling and skylight. If you are bothered by early morning light, please bring an eye-mask. A comfortable king size bed with a pillow top mattress. For extra guest after 2 people a single bed available in same interior space. $25.00 fee for third guest/night. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, hot water tea pot, toaster (accommodates bagels), convection oven are available. Small refrigerator with very small freezer space. Large shower with built-in bench (if needed). TV for streaming (Chromecast) as well as Xfinity cable connection. Pool is outside the front door up about 5 steps. Due to proximity of the pool, the minimum age for a guest is 12 years old. No exceptions. Pool is not heated. Jacuzzi not available.Between the two cottages is a small patio table and four chairs to enjoy your morning coffee/tea. Other areas to sit and relax for guests by the pool and the upper terrace. We do not accept third party reservations. The person reserving the cottage must be one of the guests. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Guest access Cottage is at the rear of our property. You park in our circle driveway and walk through the iron gate, up some gentle stairs and then past our pool to the cottage. Please always close the gate behind you when entering/exiting the property. Other things to note We have a friendly dog. The dog does not live in the pool house. If you are dog wary, just let us know and the dog will be kept away from the cottage. The dog is let out in the yard under our supervision anyway. Usage of pool is until 10pm to respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood. Be aware that there is not a lifeguard at the pool therefore the usage of the pool is at your own risk. Minimum age of guests is 12 years of age due to proximity of pool to the cottage. Children ages 12-14 must be supervised while in the pool.
