Willow Farm Cottage near the Sea

Willow Farm Cottage is beautifully situated on the edge of Sea Palling village surrounded by farmland, in walking distance to the beach and less than 10 minutes by car to the seal colony at Horsey Gap. It has a large orchard garden with outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ. Ample parking in the drive for 2 or 3 cars. The cottage is semi detached with our other holiday cottage, Dune View Cottage the other side. The space Entry to Willow Farm Cottage is via a shingle drive through the Orchard garden with parking and a turning space at the top. You enter the property by walking across the decking to the kitchen stable door Kitchen The Kitchen is modern and very well equipped with lots of crockery, cutlery and glass wear. Appliances wise there is a Nespresso Coffee Machine, toaster, kettle, microwave. An oven with induction hob, good size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. We always provide a few coffee pods, dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid to get you started. Dining Room Central to the room is a large farmhouse style dining table easily seating 6 Sitting Room A 3-seater and 2-Seater Sofa, along with a comfortable chair and coffee table. Smart TV, books and games. With a small wood burning stove as a main feature to the room. All downstairs rooms look out over the garden and there is fibre broadband throughout the property Family Bathroom Toilet, Bath and Powerful Shower, with good quality 6 bath sheets and 6 hand towels provided for your stay. Along with hand soap and a few toilet rolls. Upstairs The staircase is quite steep so not suitable for those with limited mobility, we can provide stair gates if required. 3 Bedrooms Master bedroom has a King-Sized Bed and plenty of storage, Second Bedroom has Super King bed and storage and the final bedroom at the end of the landing is a twin room with storage. All have great views over the garden and surrounding countryside The Garden A large, enclosed garden with lawn, apple trees and simple flower beds, a clothes airer and charcoal BBQ. The garden looks out over farmland to the sand dunes Guest access You have the whole house and a large garden with plenty of parking by the house Other things to note If you book both cottages, Dune View and Willow Farm Cottage there is a secret door in the cupboard under the stairs that when unlocked creates a large house for 12 and we can unlock a garden gate giving joint garden access
