Harris elegant house/superb sea view/near airport

It's an independent and comfortable apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub. The space Harris elegant house is a modern, comfortable and sunny apartment. The bedroom and living room overlook the sea and the town. The apartment has one bedroom with two brand new beds (one double and one single), comfortable mattresses and high quality beddings. There is a fully renovated bathroom, kitchen and living room. In the living room there is a sofa and a single bed. Breakfast and other meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen which has an electric cooker, fridge, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, cookware etc. All areas are air-conditioned (cooling & heating) and independently controlled in each room. Free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment offers washing machine, iron and hairdryer. Guest access The apartment has access to a terrace, a beautiful garden, offering breathtaking view of the sea, either you're sipping a cocktail, enjoying your sunrise morning coffee or simply soaking in the stunning scenery. The washing machine is in a small room outside the apartment (right next to the bathroom). Other things to note If needed, there is space to leave your luggage before check-in or after check out. Our house is located on the hillside with amazing sea view. The sea is 1.1 km away from our house. Supermarket is 1.5 km away and other mini markets and bakery are 600 - 700 meters away. My parents live upstairs, so they are on hand if you need them but we aim to give guests full privacy and remain absent unless needed. Note about taxes: As of January 1, 2025, the Greek government has re adjusted the Climate Change Resilience Tax as follows: 8 euros per night for the months of April to October, and 2 euros per night for the months of November to March.
