We are just east of I-35 off of Riverside Drive and near SOCO and the downtown entertainment district. The complex is gated and offers free parking and a bus stop 1/3 of a mile away. Unit features stunning epoxy floors, Caesar stone counters, stainless steel cabinets and all LED recessed lighting. The bedroom features a new king size bed as of August 2025 with a Novaform mattress. The private courtyard facing the lake offers a fabulous view of Lady Bird Lake and the Austin Skyline. Walk down the steps and access the private lakeside dock. (Currently closed for repairs) Enjoy a drink while watching the famous Congress Avenue Bridge bat colony fly overhead most evenings, mid-March through November. (The best view of the bats remains at the bridge itself)The king bed sleeps two and the couch can sleep one person in a pinch. It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. 70” LCD TV in the living room connected to WiFi with a Fire stick and a 46” LCD TV in the bedroom with Amazon Fire Stick. High speed WiFi from Google Fiber. Unit has a small washer/dryer and complex also has a paid laundry room conveniently located by the pool. The machines operate on coin, credit card or app. Unit is NON-SMOKING but smoking is allowed on back patio. No pets please! 2-night minimum and a discount for 7 night stays. Please check calendar for availability. NOTE, I do not jack up my rate with cleaning fees and security deposits. I am the maid and have successfully hosted for more than 10 years with no incidents that would require any deposit. Your only extra fees are what Airbnb charges for the convenience. Guest access The condo is all yours and you have access to a community pool and lakeside dock. (Currently closed for repair) There is also a nice public park right outside our fence with paddle board and kayak rentals. Other things to note Austin is a hands-free city City of Austin ordinance prohibits the use of all electronic hand-held devices while operating a vehicle or bicycle.
