The space The villa is located on a private estate of more than 3,000 m², just 30 km from Barcelona and close to other tourist destinations such as Calella (20 km) or Lloret de Mar (35 km). Thanks to its spaciousness and layout, it offers a bright and comfortable space, ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay. All rooms have large windows that provide natural light and a pleasant feeling of spaciousness. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to all the villa's facilities and outdoor spaces: 14-meter private pool with Jacuzzi. Large gardens and sports areas for soccer, volleyball or ping-pong. Covered porch with kitchen, barbecue, gym and game room. Spacious interiors with 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, two dining rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. During your stay, you can enjoy all these exclusive areas without sharing spaces with other guests. Other things to note Late arrivals: arrivals after 10:00 pm incur a surcharge of €30, which will be paid in cash upon arrival. Tourist tax: upon arrival, the tourist tax of €2 per person per night must be paid, according to the current regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Mandatory documentation: We work with an Airbnb self-check-in partner program, which must be completed by each guest at least 2 days prior to check-in. This registration is essential to access the villa. Vacation rental agreement: upon arrival you will be given a vacation rental agreement in Spanish. If you need it in another language, you must communicate in advance before arrival. Signing and accepting the contract is mandatory to proceed with the delivery of the keys. No guests allowed: people not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay. Minimum age of groups: We do not accept reservations for groups consisting entirely of people under 25 years of age. Parties and events: not allowed inside the villa. Quiet hours: from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am it is mandatory to respect the neighbors' peace. During these hours, music, shouting, or excessive noise are not allowed. Number of guests: Once the reservation is confirmed with the number of people indicated, no more guests can be added later.
