On the Ground Level of this beautifully traditional Outer Banks home, take advantage of the Covered Carport before relaxing at the picnic table in the downstairs Patio. Enjoy a game of ping-pong in the Game Area before rinsing off in the Outdoor Shower and relaxing in the Private Pool.* There is a Half Bathroom, a Dressing Room, and a Ground Level Refrigerator on this floor as well, so prepping for the beach is so easy, you’ll be doing it every single day that you’re here. Prepare a fantastic seafood dinner in the modern Kitchen to eat as a family in the well-lit, gorgeous Dining Area, which seats 10, or at the Breakfast Bar with stool seating for 5. If you’d rather eat outside, the Old Nags Head-Style Covered Porch has plenty of comfortable seating and a picnic table as well as a hammock for living the ideal beach life while you allow the sounds of the ocean to wash over you. And when you’re ready to take in a spectacular view of the ocean, head on up to the Crow’s Nest for views of the foliage and the Atlantic Ocean. Ideal Location for OBX Fun Since this home is located in Southern Shores, the fun and exciting adventures that the Outer Banks have to offer are only a short walk or drive away. For lunch, order a slice of your favorite pizza from Southern Shores Pizza and Deli (they will deliver to your Southern Shores home for free!). For a day of shopping, head north a few miles to the Waterfront Shops in Duck where you can browse local boutiques and stroll along the Currituck Sound. Have a golf lover in your group? Sea Scape Golf Links is right down the road and is the perfect place to spend the afternoon. For an educational experience that is fun for the whole family, head South to Kill Devil Hills and stop by the Wright Brothers National Memorial where you’ll learn about North Carolina’s history of aviation.
