The unit has a marvelous set-up including three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a full kitchen with open concept to the spacious dining and living areas. Seating for 6. The master suite has a king bed, sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, en-suite bath with vanity and a large walk-in shower. It also comes with a Roku Smart TV. Step outside of your master bedroom to wake up to the ocean sunrise without having to wake the kids or other guests. The linen/towel package for the home is included with your stay. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is conveniently located beside the hall full bath with tub shower. Enjoy the ocean view from your window! The third bedroom is set up for different sleep combinations. It has a full bed with twin bunk and an en-suite half bath with a smart TV for the kids. It also has a pack n play for babies or outdoor fun! Guest access Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Only ONE parking pass is guaranteed in the summer season. Two parking passes are provided in the off season. Elevator is offered from complex. If elevator is down, that is HOA responsibility and we will notice HOA immediately for them to repair. We will not offer a refund for lack of elevator!
