The space A very roomy 1 bedroom space that's is quiet, great views and the bed is super comfy. * Kitchen is furnished with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc * Full size Kitchen appliances - refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher and Electric stove * WiFi downloads over 100 Mbps with a Nighthawk Wifi6 router. * 43” RoKU enabled TV * Good size bedroom queen bed, lots of storage * Black out bedroom curtains, super quiet, lots of fresh air all great for a good nights sleep * Full size futon for an extra guest (extra charge after 2 guests) * Washer/dryer * Separate entrance with carpeted stairs * 1-2 parking spots * will consider a well behaved small to medium dog with advance notification with small fee. Guest access Guests access the apartment thru a private entrance on the back side of the building which is separate from the main house. Parking for 1-2 cars. Motion detection light will light up the parking area. There is no space for extra vehicles, trailers, etc. Other things to note We do provide toilet paper, shampoo, a bar of soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels and some laundry detergent to at least cover short stays. We do have horses, a dog and cats on the property. Any or all them are around every day so we ask our guests drive slowly when arriving or leaving the farm. The speed limit in the neighborhood is 30 mph with residents out walking so please observe speed limits. Our pet policy: we will consider small or medium well behaved dogs. There will be an extra fee due to the extra cleaning. We can provide covers for the bed and furniture is your pet plans on sleeping on the furniture. No cat’s allowed. We do have a PackNPlay with a bassinet option, a sheet and a booster high chair that guest may use for a small fee. Strictly NO smoking on the property. For guests over 30 days, we reserve the right to inspect and hire a cleaning service at guests expense if the guests have not maintained the cleanliness of the apartment including bathrooms, sweeping, vacuuming, kitchen. Vacuum, broom and some cleaning supplies are provided.
