STARTER SUPPLIES : This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. A start pack is provided and includes, toilet paper, kitchen towel, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, dish soap, hand wash. FOOD : As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no condiments will be provided prior to check in. POOL HEATER : The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $35 per day. This is recommended between the months of October & April. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice. Please note that pool water may take up to 48 hours to be fully heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange and might not function in cooler weather. This is not a equipment fault. SPA : This property has a spa and the guest will need to purchase pool heat to warm the spa. Please note this is a spa and not a hot tub. A spa has fewer jets and warm water. A hot tub has plenty of water jets, whirlpool action and very hot water POOL : This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans BBQ : Guests can rent a BBQ for $105. This includes delivery, propane, and clean. PARKING : Parking is limited to number of spaces mentioned in the description. All other cars must be in designated spots that are clearly marked. Any deviation from this can result in towing LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS : Bookings made inside of 14 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. AC is set to 75 and cannot be lowered.
