The Beach House underwent a thorough and brand new renovation just as in the pictures, but the neighborhood itself is old in Haifa - Kiryat Haim and the buildings are old. Most importantly the neighborhood is right on the sea, and if you are a person of the sea you will be excited to find out because it is one of the closest buildings to the sea in Israel;) You are welcome to hang out! We are on a first floor in a 4-story building (one flight up the stairs).
