The space On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and cozy living and dining room with direct access to the outdoor area, ideal for relaxing and socializing. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with two single beds, perfect for families or friends. On the first floor, the villa offers four additional bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The house accommodates 10+2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease during your stay. Outside, the property features an excellent heated pool (extra cost), surrounded by sun loungers and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining while enjoying the sun and relaxing atmosphere. With a privileged location, Villa Ibiza is just a few minutes from the beaches of Galé, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and only a 10-minute drive from the center of Albufeira. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
