Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as access to the exclusive garden, (equipped with deck chairs, chairs, tables and umbrella) which becomes a beautiful shaded space to eat a good steak cooked on the barbecue and accompanied by an excellent glass of wine produced by the owner (a complimentary bottle upon your arrival). The private parking on the property, closed with a gate, can accommodate your car and is exclusive. The first bathroom located in the hallway that divides the rooms has a tub for a relaxing bath, the other bathroom with entrance from the main room has a shower for a quick bath. You can have access to the full apartment (the upper part of the house is rented to other tenants), in addition you have access to the private wonderful garden (equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and big umbrella) that becomes a great shady space to eat a good T-bone steak cooked on the BBQ together with a great glass of wine produced by the owner (one bottle of wine for free at your arrival). The parking on the property can accommodate your car; it is closed with an automatic gate. The first bathroom located in the passage to the bedrooms has a bathtub for a relaxing bath, the other bathroom with entry from the main bedroom has a shower for a quick bath. Other things to note We DO NOT ask you to pay for the FINAL CLEANING: at the end of your stay, WE ONLY ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE HOUSE CLEAN as you found it (you will have all the necessary cleaning products available).
