You can have access to the full apartment (the upper part of the house is rented to other tenants), in addition you have access to the private wonderful garden (equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and big umbrella) that becomes a great shady space to eat a good T-bone steak cooked on the BBQ together with a great glass of wine produced by the owner (one bottle of wine for free at your arrival). The parking on the property can accommodate your car; it is closed with an automatic gate.
