Furnished with soft beachy pastel decor and furnishings, enough seating for the whole family including couches, chairs, full-size dining room table that seats up to six comfortably with booth-style seating and even an additional breakfast bar, updated electronics in every room, storage space for all your traveling needs, private bathrooms for all the bedrooms, and the gorgeous views; our home is unique in every way that you will not want to leave! We even include guest use of the garage-level storage closet fully equipped with: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie board, and additional room for all your beach stuff! The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers. THINGS TO KNOW The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction. There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
