The space This 1 bedroom (KING), 1 bath condo with two full sleeper sofas (offers sleeping space for 3 total) with amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator. You are sure to enjoy the comforts of home! Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included. Cost of linen/towel package for the king bed is included in the cleaning fee, for an extra fee we will include the linens/towels for the sleeper sofas. Guest access Pools are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Homeowners Association. Parking for 1 car. Other things to note Parking for 1 car ONLY. NO boats, golf carts, campers or trailers allowed on site.-See HOA by laws #19. Owner closet is the locked bedroom closet. Clothes storage is limited to the dresser in the bedroom. Parking pass and pool key are left in the unit for easy guest access. Please place back into the unit prior to departure to avoid replacement cost.
