The third bedroom is set up to offer different bedding options, a bunk bed with double bed and single bed above. The kitchen / living / dining area are open plan. The well equipped spacious kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The master bedroom is at the back of the house with a King bed and ensuite bathroom with shower & toilet. The living area opens out onto a small undercover deck with outdoor dining table, BBQ and easy care garden.
