Bedroom #1: 1 queen bed Bedroom #2: 1 queen bed Bedroom #3: 1 double bed Bedroom #4: 1 twin bed The space This unique and historic home sits on three beautifully landscaped lots, making it quiet and private. There are three patios, an oriental tea house and a pond for your enjoyment. The host shares only the yard with guests. You have total and private use of the original two upper floors of the house. The top floor of bedrooms has central air conditioning for summer comfort. The master bedroom and the single bedroom have new en suite bath rooms. The other two bedrooms share a large, new bath room. There is a large living room, formal dining room, breakfast room, large kitchen, wet bar, powder room, and sun porch/tv room on the main level. The lowest level of the house is a private apartment sometimes occupied by the host. Guest access Guests have private use of two floors, including a full kitchen. The kitchen contains a full size refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender and keureg coffee maker. There is a new electric range and oven. There are a lot of cooking supplies and china, glasses and flatware. The coded lock allows for 24 hour check in and out. The house has a security system, including cameras on the kitchen porch, the doorbells of the kitchen and the front doors have cameras. Do not enter the private lower level without prior permission. Please remove outdoor shoes in the mud room. Other things to note The top floor has central air conditioning throughout the bedrooms and baths. The thermostat for the a/c is in the master bedroom. There is no a/c for the main floor living space, which includes the living room, dining room, sun room/TV room, breakfast room, wet bar/pantry, kitchen and powder room. The thermostat for the heating system is in the living room. The only kitchen and pantry cabinets not for guest's use have a black ribbon.
