L’Ulivo: pool & greenery retreat

L’Ulivo is a spacious and welcoming apartment, ideal for up to 6 guests. Bright interiors, wooden details, and furnishings blending modern style with antique charm create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It features a double bedroom, twin room, loft with 2 beds, living area with equipped kitchen, and a large accessible bathroom. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, shaded park, furnished terraces, and activities for adults and children surrounded by nature. The space L'Ulivo is one of the 5 touristic apartments of the residence: La Casa Trasparente. Fully furnished, L'Ulivo is decorated in the same style of the master apartments, with antique furnitures but modern and functioning services; it has access to the garden and it can host up to 6 persons. Guest access The guests have access to a big shady parking lot -- near to the park, in which there is a pool and furniture for relaxing. You'll find there a big terrace that is softly lightened in the evening, and that embraces - with tables, chairs and benches - all who like to eat out of doors. In the park there are seesaws, trampolins, pulley, liane and a slipway that attract the kids and let the adults - for whom there are a ping-pong table, table football and darts - to have space for some relax. Other things to note Note. During the central summer months (july/august) and during the "super promotion" periods the rent is only for a week, from saturday to saturday (so there's not the opportunity to rent for less than 7 days).
