Enjoy an extremely comfortable queen size bed in a private and quiet suite near Morse Reservoir. This is the perfect home whether you're looking for a place retreat from Grand Park or a place to enjoy summer fun. The Kitchen, Living & Dining rooms are available for use if you'd like. There's kayaking on the White River and plenty to do on Morse Reservoir if you enjoy the water. There's access to the beach for Morse. We're close to Westfield, Carmel, Ruoff Mortgage Center, and Broad Ripple. The suite is completely private for you during your stay. I'll provide a few essentials for you in case you forget your own. If I can provide anything else let me know. There is ample closet space, a mini fridge, a 42 inch TV and a comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom is attached and in use only by air bnb guest. Just outside the suite is a washer and dryer that is available for use. When the weather is nice there is a patio with a plenty of shade and a hammock making it perfect for relaxing with a book or for dinner. The neighborhood is perfect as it's within walking distance of Morse reservoir and only 5 miles from Grand Park. Downtown Noblesville is a short drive away. The South Harbor neighborhood, simply put, is a peaceful quiet place where you can relax before enjoying the reason you're visiting. I'm not too far from some additional attractions such as: Indianapolis Airport - 44 miles Bankers Life Fieldhouse - 22 miles Lucas Oil Stadium - 32 miles Ruoff Music Center - 8.8 miles Indianapolis Motor Speedway - 33 miles Guests are welcome to use the living room, dining room and kitchen. The outside will have a nice table and chairs during the summer but during the winter it's best not to use this area. The bedroom and bath are private and attached. Whether you're walking down to the park or just enjoying a sunny day, the people are friendly and helpful. The best way to get around this neighborhood is to use an Uber or Lyft. The area is safe for walking and there are plenty of trails in the area. Ask any questions you may have. I'll have answers or try to find them.
