The entire Villa is available for guests, providing them with a comfortable and private stay. Other things to note Before booking Serenity Villa, it is important to provide potential guests with additional information that is not included in other settings: Security Camera: Please note that there is a security camera located in the public area in front of the villa, continuously monitoring the surroundings. This ensures the safety of our guests and protects the property. Open Space: Serenity Villa offers spacious interiors and comfortable outdoor areas, including a garden and terrace, where guests can enjoy outdoor seating and relaxation. Parking: Guests have access to a parking space on the villa's premises, which is convenient for those traveling by car. Recommended Guest Capacity: The villa is ideal for larger groups or families. Before booking, please verify the villa's capacity and ensure it is sufficient for the number of people you plan to accommodate. Important: We kindly ask you to respect the rules and tranquility of the neighbors surrounding the villa and to maintain proper behavior during your stay. House Rules Compliance: Please familiarize yourself with the house rules stated in the House Rules section. Adhering to these rules is crucial for a smooth stay and respecting other guests and neighbors. In the case of a party, the reservation will be canceled immediately. Capacity for 11th Guest: If you are planning accommodation for 11 people, it is important to know that a floor mattress will be provided for the 11th person. However, we assure you that the mattress will be comfortable and offer sufficient sleeping space. Insect Notice: Serenity Villa is located within a private, mature garden, which means that occasional insects or spiders may appear in the house, especially if doors or windows are left open. In the Czech Republic, there is no need to worry about dangerous insects or creatures; however, we want to make it clear that we do not take responsibility for their presence. Therefore, we kindly ask guests to be considerate and ensure that windows and doors are properly closed. Damage Deposit: Before your arrival at Serenity Villa, a refundable security deposit of €500 is required to help cover any potential damages. The deposit is managed through Swikly, a secure third-party platform used by professional hosts to handle pre-authorized deposits without charging or withdrawing funds in advance. 💡 Swikly may apply a service fee of €7.45 to guests (1.44% of the deposit + €0.25), which covers the cost of their secure processing. This fee is charged by Swikly directly, not by the host, and is shown clearly when confirming the deposit. If no damage occurs, the deposit is automatically released, with no further action needed. This system ensures fairness, simplicity, and security for both guests and hosts. Please note, if the deposit is not paid, the reservation may be canceled. Optional services such as early check-in, late check-out, airport transfers, parking arrangements, sauna access, extra towels or cleaning, fresh flowers, and curated local experiences may be available for an additional fee. All extras are handled securely via our external partner platform. Full details will be provided after booking confirmation. Guest registration notice: In accordance with Czech law, all guests are required to complete a brief online registration form prior to arrival. We use a secure system (Chekin) that sends the required data directly to the official Ubyport platform of the Foreign Police. A link to the form will be sent to you after booking confirmation. We always prepare beds based on the number of guests in the reservation. In case the apartment includes multiple beds (e.g. double bed + sofa bed), we will set up the main bed(s) according to guest count. If you have specific sleeping preferences (such as wanting to sleep separately), please let us know in advance, and we’ll gladly adjust the setup.
