Up on the hills "The Cove" is an eclectic, SAFE and upscale small community between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. It is 15 minutes scenic drive from both cities, 5 minutes drive from Ritz Carlton and fine dining in Rancho Mirage. Trader Joe's is close by as well. The house is 2945 sq/ft sitting on a 0.26 acres lot with a LARGE POOL. It has been tastefully remodeled with an extensive use of fine wallpaper and furnishings. There is super high speed wifi, TV in every room. It definitely has the WOW factor and it has been redone with a high end hotel standards throughout. It is in a very quiet location with no traffic or outside noise. The house has 4 king and 1 queen beds. One in each bedroom. It also has two comfortable foldable single beds that you can place inside a bedroom or anywhere in the house. There is an outdoor dining table for 10. Two outdoor sitting areas. Another outdoor smaller table for kids or for table games. The kitchen is equipped with everything and more, to satisfy your passion for cooking. IMPORTANT.........PLEASE READ Pool heating (gas consumption) is paid by the guest and there is no additional surcharge. - Responsible party (YOU) must be 25 years or older per city laws to sign the rental agreement. OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AND MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY AND ADDITIONAL PENALTIES. No smoking inside the house. Pets are allowed at owner’s discretion. Whenever available I can accommodate early check in or late check out free of charge. When booking please tell me a little about yourself.
