This stately home is now divided into eight unique apartments and located in a safe, historic neighborhood. The mansion is set back from East Ave with a large side yard. The neighbors are great... very friendly and quiet. We typically book monthly guests and long-term tenants with occasional shorter itineraries that become available between our monthly reservations. This gorgeous, first floor 1-bedroom unit was formerly the mansion's living room with views north, east and west including historic East Avenue. The original 1906 marble fireplace is to be used with a Duraflame log or equivalent, one at a time, please. Sorry, no pets at this time. Thank you! Guest access There are many wonderful architectural elements such as the common staircase, common furnished porch, crown moldings, marble fireplace. Wonderful common area porch with awning and comfortable furnishings overlooks landscaped double lot. There's some shared basement storage space if needed. Wonderful neighborhood for walking and biking. Bike storage is available in our code-access locked 3-bay garage. Other things to note Towels, bed linens, blankets, pillows & comforters are provided as needed. We also include fast shared mesh Wi-Fi for you. Current internet speeds have been fast (>200-300mb/s) and guests have not needed higher speeds or dedicated WiFi since there's a satellite router on each floor. Also, a coin-op front load clothes washer ($2) and dryer ($1.50) is also available in the lower level/basement for your convenience.
