Quiet neighborhood close to Galveston and 14th ave eateries - The Lot, 10 Barrel, Mother's, Arianna's, Sanchos, etc. 15 min walk to Old DownTown and the river. Near grocery. Fully equipped kitchen, wrap-around porch, gas fireplace, central AC, fenced backyard with chiminea & seating. WIFI. Pocket park 1/2 block away, lrg off-leash dog park nearby. NO SMOKING! The space City of Bend licensed. Ask for MONTHLY rates. App incorrect for monthly rates. No 6-12 month leases. Max 3-4 months. MONTHLY rate for JULY and AUGUST $7,000-$9,000, despite what the awkward app shows. Basically, I do not rent by the month for summer season. Also note the squirrely app room count - not even close (it counts porch, deck, backyard, etc as "rooms"). There are NOT 17 rooms. The Airbnb algorithm is off. Also, the algorithm that defines "categories" assigns totally imaginary categories often unrelated to any human reality. Pets require pre-approval (text or email me with info). Very nice private 1900 sq ft corner home, with 4 bedrooms (all upstairs), Master has Casper Queen, 2nd bdrm has Novafoam Queen, 3rd bdrm has 2 twin beds (one powered hospital style), 4th has a dbl bed fouton, washer/dryer in laundry room, gas fireplace, central AC, outdoor table & seating with chiminea, wrap-around porch with hanging swing. Well equipped kitchen has new range with 2 ovens. Home has 2 full bathrooms upstairs, 1/2 bath down. Private Fenced back yard with BBQ and seating. Smart TV (no cable channels just LG+Channels), stereo and dvd player (not used a lot anymore). Attached 2-car garage off alley. Very nice, well-kept Norman Rockwell style neighborhood in walking distance to eateries, old downtown, shopping, dog park, and more. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood, nicely landscaped yard, 1/2 block to small park; past that, an expansive, treed off-leash dog park, past that Cascade trail and city overlook (Overturf). A few blocks to coffee, bakery, restaurants, bars, hair salon, groceries, shopping, food truck lot, and more. A setting in which to savor the moments of life. Please answer my standard questions listed below (at the end). PLEASE NOTE: Daily/weekly/monthly rate varies with season, see calendar for specifics and TEXT us for MONTHLY rate. The Airbnb app is dysfunctional for weekly & monthly seasonal rates. NOTE: Airbnb considers 28 days a month. The city of Bend considers 30 days a month. Stairs and breakables. 9) Employment/Employer (If staying more than a month) Please leave the house as you found it, including furniture arrangement. Guest access Lock keypad on front door. Please provide an email address and phone number (Airbnb no longer provides these). We will email the door code the week before your arrival. Self check-in. 1) Touch touch screen. 2) 2 numbers light up. 3) Press each. 4) Full keypad lights up. 5) Enter code sent to your email. 6) Dead bolt unlocks. Enter To lock the door simply press the lock icon on the lit keypad screen. Other things to note This is a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING property. Pets MUST be pre-approved. Please pick up after your pets. Please on Tuesday for Wed pickup leave the garbage bins to the side of the driveway at the the alley so they will be emptied.
