Has it's own private enclosed garden and our hay field for dog exercise. Whether you are wanting time away or visiting the area for business, the annexe is ideally situated for both. With Cheltenham only 4.5 miles, Cotswolds nearby and M5 Motorway easily accessible. There are local dog friendly pubs and more amenities in the surrounding area. The space A safe enclosed garden surrounded by hedges with a lawn, patio, seating with table and BBQ. Hay field for dog exercise. A fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. The lounge/diner is filled with natural light and looks out to the garden. There is a smart TV with Netflix and wifi. Patio doors open up to the patio area where the BBQ and seats are situated. A cosy bedroom now with a KINGSIZE bed and views of the hay field. All on one floor level. Parking next to the property. Guest access Ground floor annexe with it's own private garden. Use of the hay field for dog exercise and leads onto public rights of way. Please note the hay field is not fenced. Other things to note Unfortunately not suitable for children. 2 well behaved dogs welcome with additional pet fee. No cats. The annexe is accessed along a farm track. We are on site to help and advise but still have your privacy. On a arrival the annexe is accessed by key safe. A full information folder is in the property with a welcome pack to get you started.
