The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed - NOTE: This property is located in the Arrowhead Lake Community. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking cost. Fees must be paid to the owner at least 3 days prior to arrival. If guests register less than 3 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 late fee.
