Only 10 minutes from I-40 and 25 minutes from Little Rock or Conway. Back deck available. ECO friendly cleaning supplies and bath products. The space Free parking in front of the house, please park in driveway in front of house. This house is a SHARED SPACE WITH THE OWNERS. The shared space includes Great Room, Outside areas, Butler's Pantry, Kitchen/Leisure Room. Guest do not have access to master suite and garage. House is armed with security system and 2 cameras for everyone's safety. Guest bath HAS NO SHOWER BUT A LARGE TUB IS AVAILABLE FOR USE. IT IS A SHARED TUB IF OTHER GUESTS ARE PRESENT. (one at a time please). We provide the basics ( soap & shampoo products) but no personal hygiene products such as deodorants or hair care items. No laundry available but we can assist in an emergency! Please, limit entering & exiting home between midnight and 8 AM. Twin bed, single travelers only. Early check in-$10 hr (if available) Checkout after 11AM will be charged a full day stay. During your stay We are available when at the house or by phone as needed. Other things to note This room is a single room with a twin bed . Private 1/2 bath to the left of room, but TUB IN FULL BATHROOM IS SHARED WHEN OTHER GUESTS ARE PRESENT.
