Use your unique 10-digit code at the smart lock on the main entry door - the lock will flash green and play a tone when it accepts your code. Turn the knob to the left to unlock. To lock the door from inside, press the Schlage button and turn the knob to the right. If the smart lock has issues (dead batteries or code trouble), a backup lockbox is available - enter your code, press the black button, and pull the faceplate toward you. The living room, both sunrooms, and master bedroom have heat pumps that you can control with a remote - press the power button, then use the arrow buttons to adjust temperature and the Mode button to switch between heating and cooling. Additional thermostats are located in the kitchen (near the dining table), laundry hallway, and each upstairs bedroom, so you can set individual temperatures throughout the home.
