Other things to note Upstairs is the main living area with lounge, dining room, and kitchen, plus two double bedrooms—one with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is another bathroom next to the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Next to the lounge is a covered terrace with sea views. The outdoor area is completely private and includes a heated pool (max depth 1.60 m, min 1.30 m) with an approximate temperature of 29°C. There are also two open terraces, one with a lit pergola, barbecue, and gas griddle. All terraces offer lovely sea views. The property also has a garden and parking for two cars with electric gate. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, washing machine, dryer, and cot. Both floors have a TV. There is also a ping-pong table and a safe with key on each floor. Families with children are welcome. Pets and parties are not allowed. Beach and pool towels, as well as a hairdryer, are provided.
