This idyllic country cottage is surrounded by peaceful woodland and fields. Once an 18th-century barn, it has been lovingly restored and what a welcoming place it is. Inside, you'll find a traditional open fireplace, wooden beams and lots of exposed brick. The cosy sitting room is the perfect place to hunker down on cooler evenings, there's ample sofa space for six and a TV to watch films. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and downstairs there is a 3rd bedroom and bathroom. The space The open-plan kitchen diner has high quality appliances to cook up delicious home cooked meals, and a farmhouse table for everyone to eat around. Upstairs, pretty bedrooms await with peaceful views of the Dorset countryside. The master bedroom comes with a comfortable king-size bed and a contemporary en-suite bathroom. Next door, you will find a well-sized twin room and a family bathroom with shower and bath. Downstairs, there is a further twin bedroom with its own ensuite shower room - great for those with mobility restrictions. Enjoy meals outside on the small terrace, or just sit back and relax with a book. Spot wildlife, listen to bird song and take walks straight from the door - this is a blissful retreat! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note The BBQ is available for use from April to October.Well behaved dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms, are cleaned up after and are not left in the property unattended. We kindly ask that you treat the property with respect and leave as found. No smoking inside the building.
