Located in the premier community of The Village at Nags Head, you'll enjoy a plethora of community amenities and activities including a huge 5,000 sq. ft. community pool, private beach and sound access, holiday celebrations, and more! Enjoy paved parking beneath the house making loading and unloading a breeze, no matter the weather. An enclosed outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach and an outdoor park charcoal grill means you can host the perfect summer cookout for your family. A cozy, covered front porch provides main entry into this modern and beautifully decorated home. The living room features bright, coastal colors and a wall of windows that let in that natural OBX sunlight. A bookshelf and entertainment center include a TV/DVD system and a wide selection of books, games and puzzles to keep the whole family entertained. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is well-equipped to allow a chef of any skill-level to whip up a tasty seafood dinner. A kitchen bar, breakfast nook, and formal dining area offer plenty of seating options. A Half Bath is conveniently located in the hall along with the laundry room. When it's time to escape and relax, the Queen Master Suite with TV and attached Full Bathroom will make you feel right at home. Step outside on the large sun deck and enjoy the coastal breeze as you read your favorite book or watch the clouds roll by. Upstairs, you'll get a great night's rest in one of three bedrooms. The last bedroom provides plenty of natural light, a Twin bed and TV. The Bedrooms share a Full Bathroom that is accessible from the hall landing which overlooks the living area below. Reservations not confirmed within 48 hours will be considered guest cancellation and will be reported to Airbnb as such. This email will provide instructions to add optional extras, such as travel interruption insurance, pet fee for additional pets at pet-friendly homes*, early check-in fee*, late check-out fee*, pool heat fee*, for applicable homes. *Pet Friendly or No Pets is specified in the Things to Know section. Early check-in and late check-out are only applicable on homes with 5 bedrooms or less. Please inquire to see if the pool is able to be heated. For 2025, Seaside Vacations will open all private pools (heated and unheated) on April 12, 2025* and close all pools (heated and unheated) the weekend of October 18, 2025. 2026 dates for private pools (heated and unheated) will open March 28th, 2026 and closing October 17th, 2026 *Please note: Pool open and close dates are approximate and are not guaranteed to open or close on the dates specified above. Heated service for private pools is only available on homes that offer pool heat as an amenity (inquire with us) and requires one week’s notice prior to your date of arrival. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. Cost varies according to pool size. Please reach out to us to find out the cost to heat a specific pool. Most pool heaters heat five to eight degrees above outside air temperatures. Outdoor community pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but the exact date for each community pool varies. Reach out to us for exact dates. A refund is not available in cases of mechanical breakdown or cleaning complaints. Refunds are only available in cases where the home is not habitable. As long as the home is accessible and has water and power there will be no refund. We do our best to identify potential issues prior to a guest's arrival, however there are occasions when amenities, features, or appliances may break in our vacation rental homes. We will address the issue as quickly as possible, however, due to our remote location, repairs generally take longer than in larger cities/towns, especially if parts must be ordered and shipped. If repairs cannot be expedited, we will do our best to provide an alternate solution. For example, if the fridge stops cooling we will provide a loaner fridge, if the AC stops cooling on a level we will provide window AC's, etc. Moving to another home is not an option as each home is individually owned and the lease you are required to sign before your reservation is confirmed (which also states refunds aren't available) is for the specific home you selected. By renting this home you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The Outer Banks is a remote location with natural surroundings. Therefore, some pests, including Palmetto Bugs and midges, are common to the area and may be found inside homes.
