Enjoy paved parking beneath the house making loading and unloading a breeze, no matter the weather. An enclosed outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach and an outdoor park charcoal grill means you can host the perfect summer cookout for your family. A cozy, covered front porch provides main entry into this modern and beautifully decorated home. The living room features bright, coastal colors and a wall of windows that let in that natural OBX sunlight. A bookshelf and entertainment center include a TV/DVD system and a wide selection of books, games and puzzles to keep the whole family entertained. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is well-equipped to allow a chef of any skill-level to whip up a tasty seafood dinner. The Outer Banks is a remote location with natural surroundings. Therefore, some pests, including Palmetto Bugs and midges, are common to the area and may be found inside homes.
